Iconic California Welcome Party

Nothing says “Welcome to California” like the salty air, tacos and In N Out… oh and an ocean view from Pacific Coast Highway. When hosting out of town guests, it’s always fun to show them a little pieces (or a big one) of why we call this beautiful place home. From the views to the history to the delicious food and wine, spoiling out of towners is what we do best.

Rosenthal Wines flaunts prime oceanfront real estate with a laid back vibe and tasty wines, which made it the perfect setting for this relaxed party to kick off a Malibu wedding weekend. Picnic tables were kept simple with hurricane candle centerpieces and set with eco friendly bamboo plates. When you’re looking at the ocean and sipping on local wine, you don’t need much more than that.

The iconic In N Out truck served up their classics and My Taco Guy flipped fresh tortillas with an impressive salsa bar to bring a true California flare. As the sun went down, the bistro lights went up and the casual backyard setting was transformed by the colorful sunset and cliffside backdrop that was nothing short of a movie set.

Peddler’s Creamery wheeled in their tasty, artisanal ice cream to top everyone up with a sweet treat. Everyone was sent home with full stomachs and a goodie bag filled with Boxed Water, Milk Jar cookies, and an itinerary to prep them for the rest of the weekend.
